Stages of the Project

1. Exploratory Phase: Identifying Obligated Companies

   • Research German regulations and reporting requirements.
   • Identify which companies fall under the obligation to report.
   • Investigate public records and databases to find companies that are not in compliance.

2. Data Collection Phase: Documenting Non-Compliance

   • Collect data on non-reporting companies, including company name, sector, and reporting obligations.
   • Verify the absence of reports and document evidence.
   • Input the findings into Wikirate.org
